There were no new teachers in Richfield who signed the pledge in week ending Oct. 30, according to an online pledge from the Zinn Education Project.
On Nov. 1, Bluewaters II LLC and Bluewaters III LLC sold their commercial property at 14730 Excelsior Blvd., Minnetonka to Spirit Realty LP for $5,609,173.
