Hennepin County issued the following announcement on Oct. 8.
Free, confidential business counseling is available to small business owners and entrepreneurs through the Open to Business program.
Walk-in consultations are available 1-4 p.m. the following Mondays at Plymouth City Hall:
• Monday, Oct. 14
• Monday, Nov. 18
• Monday, Dec. 9
(Walk-in consultations are typically offered 1-4 p.m. the second Monday of each month.)

Scheduling an appointment for a free consultation is encouraged (and availability is flexible). To schedule an appointment, call Open to Business Program Manager Rob Smolund at 612-843-3260 or email rsmolund@mccdmn.org.
Open to Business offers free business consultations, financial advisement and business loans to prospective or current entrepreneurs and small business owners.
The program is a partnership between the City of Plymouth, Hennepin County Government and the Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers.
