Hennepin County issued the following announcement on Nov. 12.
66th Street (County Road 53) between Xerxes and 16th Avenues is officially back open! You’re encouraged to visit the new and improved corridor. A big thank you from the construction team, the City of Richfield, and Hennepin County for bearing with us during the past three years.
