South High School issued the following announcement on March 5
I have been working with MPS administration regarding the health and safety of our students, and in monitoring the global outbreak of the respiratory illness known as Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
If your child is planning travel on one of our school-sponsored trips to France, Germany or Argentina, please come to a meeting here at South High, Monday, March 9, in the Media Center to discuss the status of these trips with district personnel and with families of students from Washburn and Roosevelt, who are also planning travel abroad.
- Meeting for travelers to Europe will begin at 6 p.m.
- Meeting for travelers to South America will begin at 7:30 p.m.
