Hopkins home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Hopkins rose by $12,005 while total sales decreased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 198 homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,500 - a 4.4% increase over the $274,495 median sale price for the previous year. There were 213 homes sold in Hopkins in 2018.

The median sales tax in Hopkins for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,387, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for 2019.
