Maple Plain home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Maple Plain fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $291,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Maple Plain in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Maple Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,219, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
