Long Lake home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Long Lake rose by $57,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 18.7% increase over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Long Lake in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,035, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
