Hopkins home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Hopkins rose by $39,950 while total sales decreased by 42.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,900 - a 15.4% increase over the $259,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Hopkins in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Hopkins for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,387, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
