Long Lake home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Long Lake fell by $152,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $356,750 - a 29.9% decrease over the $509,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Long Lake in November 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,035, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
