Richfield home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Richfield rose by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 34.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,000 - a 12.3% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Richfield in March 2018.
