Hopkins home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Hopkins rose by $43,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,500 - a 15.8% increase over the $271,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hopkins in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Hopkins for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,387, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
