Deephaven home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Deephaven rose by $498,200 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $898,200 - a 124.6% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Deephaven in November 2017.
