Richfield home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Richfield fell by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 6% decrease over the $292,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Richfield in May 2019.
