Mound home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Mound rose by $104,100 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $374,100 - a 38.6% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Mound in September 2019.
