Maple Plain home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Maple Plain rose by $25,450 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,450 - a 10.4% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Maple Plain in November 2019.
