January 2021: Minnetonka experienced a 10.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Minnetonka fell by $47,000 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 10.9% decrease over the $432,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Minnetonka in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Minnetonka for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,782, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
