Edina median home prices rose by 78.8% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Edina rose by $482,558 while total sales decreased by 63.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,095,000 - a 78.8% increase over the $612,443 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Edina in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Edina for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,085, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
