February 2021: Home prices in Hopkins fell

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Hopkins fell by $23,150 while total sales decreased by 81.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $302,850 - a 7.1% decrease over the $326,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Hopkins in February 2020.
