Pricing for the median home in St. Louis Park increased during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in St. Louis Park rose by $21,500 while total sales decreased by 84.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $283,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in St. Louis Park in February 2020.
