The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Bloomington rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 63.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 4.1% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Bloomington in February 2020.
