Home prices decreased in Eden Prairie during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Eden Prairie fell by $17,075 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 4.4% decrease over the $387,075 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Eden Prairie in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Eden Prairie for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,772, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
