Bloomington home prices rose in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Bloomington rose by $19,550 while total sales decreased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $318,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Bloomington in March 2020.
