March 2021: Home prices in St. Louis Park increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in St. Louis Park rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 39.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in St. Louis Park in March 2020.
