Pricing for the median home in Eden Prairie increased during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Eden Prairie rose by $43,750 while total sales decreased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 11.6% increase over the $376,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Eden Prairie in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Eden Prairie for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,772, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
