The first quarter of 2021: Long Lake experienced a 2.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Long Lake rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $292,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Long Lake in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,529, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
