Home prices increased in Richfield during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Richfield rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $308,000 - a 11.8% increase over the $275,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Richfield in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Richfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,521, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
