Home prices increased in Bloomington during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Bloomington rose by $52,750 while total sales decreased by 64.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,750 - a 17.6% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Bloomington in April 2020.
