Median home prices in Minnetonka fell to $355,000 in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Minnetonka fell by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 79.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 17% decrease over the $427,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Minnetonka in April 2020.
