June 2021: Hopkins experienced a 30.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Hopkins rose by $88,650 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $378,500 - a 30.6% increase over the $289,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Hopkins in June 2020.
