Home prices increased in St. Louis Park during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in St. Louis Park rose by $62,600 while total sales decreased by 71.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $337,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in St. Louis Park in June 2020.
