Pricing for the median home in Richfield increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Richfield rose by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 25.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,000 - a 14.4% increase over the $281,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 118 homes sold in Richfield in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Richfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,521, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
