Rising home prices in Hopkins in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Hopkins rose by $49,250 while total sales decreased by 31%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $377,250 - a 15% increase over the $328,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Hopkins in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hopkins for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,455, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
