Deephaven home prices rose in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Deephaven rose by $261,265 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $898,765 - a 41% increase over the $637,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Deephaven in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Deephaven for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,392, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
