Eden Prairie median home prices rose by 7.3% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Eden Prairie rose by $29,350 while total sales decreased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 188 homes sold, with a median sale price of $429,250 - a 7.3% increase over the $399,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 262 homes sold in Eden Prairie in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Eden Prairie for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,772, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
