The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Cicely Davis, Cicely Davis for Congress, refunded $1,274 to Dwight Arnold on Sept. 1, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Cicely Davis for Congress has refunded $12,627 total since April 1.
