Wayzata home prices rose in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Wayzata rose by $301,500 while total sales decreased by 44.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $900,000 - a 50.4 percent increase over the $598,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Wayzata in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Wayzata for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,696, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for April.
