How did home prices perform in Medina during April?

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Medina rose by $80,000 while total sales increased by 233.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $670,000 - a 13.6 percent increase over the $590,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Medina in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Medina for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,289, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for April.
