Falling home prices in Deephaven in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Deephaven fell by $87,250 while total sales increased by 200 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $625,000 - a 12.2 percent decrease from the $712,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Deephaven in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Deephaven for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,392, approximately 1.2 percent of the median home sale price for April.
