Bloomington median home prices rose by 9.6% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Bloomington rose by $33,750 while total sales decreased by 16.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,250 - a 9.6 percent increase over the $351,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Bloomington in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Bloomington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,580, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for April.
