Rising home prices in Richfield in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Richfield rose by $50,300 while total sales decreased by 20.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 15.5 percent increase over the $324,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Richfield in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Richfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,521, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for April.
