Wayzata home prices fell in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Wayzata fell by $630,500 while total sales increased by 100 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $569,500 - a 52.5 percent decrease from the $1,200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Wayzata in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Wayzata for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,696, approximately 1.4 percent of the median home sale price for May.
