Median home prices in Mound fell to $427,000 in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Mound fell by $8,000 while total sales increased by 180 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $427,000 - a 1.8 percent decrease from the $435,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mound in May 2021.
