Rising home prices in Spring Park in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Spring Park rose by $220,000 while total sales increased by 100 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 93.6 percent increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Spring Park in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Spring Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,442, approximately 1.2 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
