Home prices increased in St. Louis Park during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in St. Louis Park rose by $7,200 while total sales increased by 43.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 201 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 1.8 percent increase over the $392,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 140 homes sold in St. Louis Park in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in St. Louis Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,996, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
