Q2: Hopkins experienced a 2.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Hopkins rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 96.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 2.7 percent increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Hopkins in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Hopkins for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,455, approximately 1.2 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
