Pricing for the median home in Richfield increased during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Richfield rose by $35,750 while total sales decreased by 5.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 120 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,750 - a 10.8 percent increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in Richfield in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Richfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,521, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
