What happened to the median home price in Shorewood during the first half of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Shorewood rose by $14,837 while total sales increased by 11.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,500 - a 2.8 percent increase over the $535,663 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Shorewood in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Shorewood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,962, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
