Median home prices in St. Louis Park rose to $385,000 in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in St. Louis Park rose by $11,500 while total sales increased by 52.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 329 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 3.1 percent increase over the $373,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 216 homes sold in St. Louis Park in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in St. Louis Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,996, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
