First half of 2022: Hopkins experienced a 3.3% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Hopkins fell by $12,250 while total sales increased by 100 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $363,250 - a 3.3 percent decrease from the $375,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Hopkins in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Hopkins for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,455, approximately 1.2 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
