City Of Hopkins recently issued the following announcement.
Have you recently added a furry friend to your family? The City of Hopkins requires that your dog have a license as soon as it is six months old.
If you're a dog owner and have recently moved to Hopkins, you must obtain a Hopkins' license within three months even if you held a valid license in a different jurisdiction.
